Hi, I’m Stacey and I’ve always believed that couples should truly connect with every person in the room on their wedding day. Large weddings often leave little time for meaningful connection; for me, weddings are deeply personal occasions meant to be shared with the people who matter most, those who will walk beside you in this new chapter of life.
My journey began in New York City’s fashion and bridal world. I worked as a stylist and consultant at Bergdorf Goodman, eventually managing salons for several esteemed bridal boutiques. Brides often gravitated toward my calm presence and intuitive styling, seeking guidance not only on gowns but on the aesthetics and logistics of their day. What began as thoughtful advice naturally evolved into planning intimate weddings, sometimes even in my own backyard. This philosophy inspired Eighty & Under: a boutique approach centered on meaningful moments with those who matter most.

My love of Moroccan culture began on a women’s group trip, where I discovered its warmth, rhythm, and thoughtful design. Today, I curate soulful destination celebrations in New York, Morocco, and anywhere that holds significance for my couples. Each celebration blends refined design with immersive cultural experiences, creating weddings that are intimate, intentional, and quietly luxurious.
Beyond weddings, I teach high school students, both English Language Learners and aspiring fashion designers and I find inspiration in travel, art, cooking, and designing warm, thoughtful spaces in my own farmhouse-style home.
Every wedding I design is guided by one simple truth: meaningful moments with those who mean the most.
